Kellan is 4 weeks old today. His umbilical cord came off this past week, so he got his first bath! He's awake more during the day and stronger. He has a little bit of acne or rash. Maddy had a really bad one on her face for a couple months :( Now she has eczema. I hope his isn't as bad. My face is gross, too. His eyes are still blue/purple, but so were my other brown-eyed boy's for the first YEAR. Now Kiernan's eyes are as brown as mine :) We're in the middle of a snow storm... again. Actually, it's been updated to a blizzard. Terrific. I'm just thankful that we didn't have to go to the hospital to have Kellan during this weather. My parents were here for his birth, although he came via c-section after he turned breech so Grandma didn't get to see the birth. I really wanted her to see him born, but I'm done having kids :( My babies are blessings no matter how they entered the world. They're absolutely beautiful, and I thank God that I was given these 3 out of 8.
