The tech was stupid and didn't check bloodflow through the cord or heart, didn't check kidneys, and didn't bother to look at gender, saying that it's too early to find out. No it's not. I cried to the MW and got another appt for an u/s in 4 weeks. I know the baby had a working heart and brain, so that's good.
