I got my doppler today, and I freaked out a bit because I couldn't hear anything. I thought my uterus was at my pubic bone (like the books say), so I put it just above and pointed downward... nothing. Moved it all around... nothing. eek
I emptied my bladder and tried again. SOOOO happy to hear a heartbeat at 176BPM about 2 inches above my pubic bone and to the right of my midline!
