Heartburn (just ate chili)
Sharp/throbbing pains in boobs
headaches (i'm stressed)
cramps on left side (could be intestinal)
nausea after I eat
sensitive nose (or really stinky house)
painful ball in my stomach (ulcer)
fatigue (can't explain this one)
super hunger
constipation (reason for nausea?)
and that 7dpo faint line
